These terms apply to the SiteReporta app. The App Store's Standard License Agreement between you and Apple also applies to your use of the app, unless a custom agreement is shown on the app's App Store page.

Using the app

SiteReporta helps you prepare estimates, invoices and site reports. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for the tax rates, wording and numbering you choose, and for complying with the invoicing, tax, consumer and record-keeping rules that apply to your business. The app does not give legal, tax or accounting advice, does not certify that a document meets any country's requirements, does not provide e-signatures, and does not process or track payments.

Your data and backups

Your data is stored only on your device. We cannot recover it if you lose the device, delete the app or use Delete all data. Keeping backups is your responsibility. Backup files are not encrypted; protect them as you would the original data.

SiteReporta Pro

Pro is a one-time, non-subscription purchase made through the App Store. It removes the free-version limits on creating clients, estimates and catalog items and unlocks additional PDF templates. Pricing, taxes, refunds and Family Sharing are governed by the App Store and Apple's policies; you can restore a purchase with Restore Purchases using the same Apple Account. If Pro is not active, you keep access to everything you already created, including viewing, exporting and backing it up.

Availability and changes

The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for lost data, lost income or errors in documents you create. Features and free-version limits may change in future versions. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
